I was reviewing the list of one-pagers for V3 and noted that there does
not appear to be a document calling out the spec for the HTTP API used
by the GlassFish plugin (admin commands sent over HTTP, e.g.
http://localhost:8080/__asadmin/stop-domain, etc.).

If there is such a document, I'd like to review it so could someone tell
me where I can find it?

If not, is someone working on one? There should be one, since it is a
public api that the NetBeans and Eclipse plugins depend on.
