I have experiencing maven download issues since last sunday,
downloads from maven2.java.net-wsinterop looks to be slow, as for
the log it says the repo is being blacklisted, but the next check, it
try to download from maven2.java.net-wsinterop again.

Download from maven.dyndns.org, is *very* slow.
Other issue as well

org.glassfish.build:maven-glassfish-extension:1.0-SNAPSHOT' could not
be retrieved from repository: glassfish-repository-wsinterop due to an
error: Error transferring file
