We are not supporting jaxrpc for TP2. JAXR is currently being bundled in
our webservices jars so this can work.
Here are the instructions to work
http://javaweb.sfbay/~bhakti/v3-metro/Metro_and_v3.html
You can set your classpath to include the webservices*.jars for your
jaxr tests.
