ServletContext.log messages aren't showing up in server.log.
ApplicationContext.log() (ServletContext implementation in GlassFish)
and IASLogger.log() get called but still no message in server.log.

I'm not familiar with logging changes in v3. Where can I look to find
the disconnect here?
