I will expect the build to take more time, because for some modules
(especially those in distribution/external) the build scripts now
analyze the classes to generate the OSGi headers, but the difference
should *not* be very big. Let me know if the extra time is spent in
downloading artifacts from remote repo or actually in compilation/packaging.
