Today's Change:
start-domain waits for DAS to finish starting or, rather, it waits at
least until DAS has __asadmin running and able to handle remote
commands. Just like in V2.
Previously, it would launch and exit immediately.
Note that this will fix QLTests problems that you may have seen. QL
immediately deploys after starting DAS -- and DAS may not be ready yet
-- which results in QLTest failures.
I have the code ready to go, it will go in later today.
