who is trying to register 'com.sun.appserv' MBeans?

When I deploy hello1.war (a test app), some code is apparently at
least considering the registration of com.sun.appserv MBeans.

Anyone know what code is doing this and why? We should not ever
register com.sun.appserv MBeans anymore.
