On the main download page,

the first link for promoted binary builds is to build 24a.

https://glassfish.dev.java.net/downloads/v2.1-b24a.html

but all the download links on that page that I tried are 404s.

the links off of build 25 are working fine.

Suggested solution: delete the 24a page, and the link on main page.

Since this is the first in the list, it's a little more serious than it
would otherwise be, which is why I didn't just file a bug.

I did file a bug on this, P2, Issue 4456
