v3 quicklook (http://glassfishbuildtools.sun.com/job/v3-quicklook) has
been failing because it cannot start server.

     [exec] java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
     [exec] at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketConnect(Native Method)
...
     [exec] Cannot connect to host, is server up ?

Is this an issue with the server?
