Lincense Information

Currently readers might get confused by the licensing information on the
GlassFish web site:

Example:
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/javaee5/integration-tech/glassfish_connectors.html
and https://glassfish.dev.java.net/javaee5/mail/ both say that the
Connector API and Mail API implementation is published under CDDL, but
there is a page that has detailed information:
http://wiki.java.net/bin/view/Projects/GlassFishCodeDependencies.
Exactly that page shows that most code also is available under GPL. So,
if somebody wants to know whether a module it available under GPL, it
would be much better if the module pages directly say "This particular
module is available under CDDL and GPLv2." instead of saying "Most code
is CDDL, but if you notice by incidence that "this page" is a hyperlink
(in Firefox you see nearly no colour difference between black on yellow
and blue on yellow) then you will see that in fact, is is CDDL and
GPLv2"... :-)

Thanks
Markus
