Hi All

I have finished integrating the V3 changes in the cvs trunk and Dinesh
has been able to tag it so the trunk is officially open for V3 checkins,
that is until we start the transition to subversion.
Please do not use the GF_V3_PREWORK_BRANCH any longer.

I will update the wiki pages on how to build accordingly.
