Folks,
Work is continuing on resolving the intermittent CVS issues on java.net.
These have proven difficult to replicate by staff. The lack of user activity due to the holiday has made it difficult to generate new instances for examination.
If you have a new instance, please file it via the java-net project Issue Tracker at

including information on
* time of incident,
* repository accessed,
* command used,
* error message returned
