Folks,
We have installed the patch for the intermittent access problem
on the Production System.
Summary
-------
The Production Site was patched this morning and has passed
all of our internal tests.
Impact
------
The patch should restore the reliability of CVS accesses
enabling builds to run to completion. It should also remove
any need to retry Issue Tracker submissions.
Issues
------
Success awaits confirmation from the build teams that
have reported the problems with automated CVS checkouts
from the Production Site.

----------
