I saw the same error today:
Replace: source file C:\as91\publish\glassfish\config\asenv.conf doesn't
exist
The built actually is fine, it is just the configure-cluster command has
problem.
You can do the following succesfully though.
create-domain --profile cluster --adminport 4848 domainCluster
