I'm porting existing ant scripts and trying to minimize the deltas to
get them to work in my environment, hence the desire to use pre-existing
create-jvm-options ant invocation. I'm familiar with approach you've
described below, and that was my next approach if I couldn't get this
create-jvm-options to work as expected.
