Without it, people have to set port information every turn they take.
Yes, there is a workaround, but somewhat inconvenient. Have you seen
all the confused emails people have sent about the port changes? It is
getting very annoying that every build I download I have to remind
myself there is a "port" thing I now have to remember to workaround.
This is a change of default behavior (that has been there for a long
long time). I really think we should FIX it. This is a P1 in usability.
And I volunteer to test out the change or any other thing you need to
bring a fix to the issue.
