What I really want is an accurate set of build instructions that changes
rarely, but we don't seem to have that.
Lacking that, I want an accurate set of build instructions with a
notification mechanism for changes to the build instructions.
I really don't want to have to construct my own build instructions
by starting with a base set and applying "patches" from the wiki.
