I would still prefer for each link to be followed by a synopsis,
rather than seeing just a bunch of links. This way, a quick
look at our promotion's summary page will tell our users if
they should upgrade now, or if they can postpone upgrading,
depending on their individual requirements.

That's much more user-friendly than forcing our users to follow
each and every link.
