Hello,

I just built Glassfish from an empty directory on GNU/Linux and the
configure-runtime step failed with the following error:

configure-runtime:

Current Java Version 1.5.0_06
Changing permissions on Linux

Using default port 8686 for JMX_ADMIN.

Can anyone help with this?

I'm trying to verify Dinesh's fix for issue 97.

P.S. You-all really need a Glassfish IRC channel.
