No, it doesn't and I don't see why glassfish.xml post-boostrap is
failing to create it. I copied one in from the 20051031 nightly and
then at least the bootstrap-all succeeds.
Also, I have conflicting information on the proper sequence of maven
goals. Markus says:
maven clobber checkout bootstrap-all clean build
But Dinesh says:
maven bootstrap-all checkout build configure-runtime
Who is right?
