review changes to webtier home page

Jan or Jean-Francois,

Please review the changes I made to the webtier home page.
Diffs are useless since it's html. So I grabbed the html
code for just that section.

The following was added to the start of the WebTier Technologies section:

<p>The following technologies are developed as part of GlassFish. The
webtier code is located in several places in the repository.&nbsp;
First there is code for the <a
