Hi Chris,

I just installed b18, I can see the Realms node , just as the online
help suggested.
Attached is a few screenshot. See if that helps.

realm.jpg -- thats how you get to the Manage User button
manage-user.jpg - the list of admin user
addUser.jpg -- add another admin user. Be sure to specify 'asadmin'
as the group.

However, I noticed that there is a bug that prevents you adding any
user. And error msg is shown once i try to add it. I have filed
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=13276
