Using the 3.1 Console (b18) I want to create a new user id and
add them to the asadmin group such that the user would have
admin privs. The help text suggests I go to:

        Config node->Security node->Realms node.

I'm not finding the Realms node under Security. According to the
help page there should be a Manage Users button here.

I accept the fact that the help text is out of date at this point but
poking around the Console UI I can't figure out how one would do this.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
