Chapter 6 does not mention node agents, which is why the doc plan does
not state that any changes are required here.

You are correct: These changes are itemized in a separate plan.

The structure of the help follows the structure of the Admin Console. As
Anissa and Marina have confirmed, Recover Transactions does belong under
Standalone Instances, so the structure of the online help will follow suit.
