Note that the above is only a proposal (by Kedar), not the current behavior.

I think the only place where "program" is currently used is in the usage
message, e.g.:

$ asadmin version -z
Usage: asadmin [asadmin-program-options] version [--verbose=false]
[-?|--help=false]
