Document --target in asadmin remote commands for Prelude or not? [Re: Action items for Kedar from today's]

That can be done. So, if someone did "asadmin <cmd> --target xyz ...", s/he
gets "invalid target: xyz" and the command fails, right?

I was hoping to avoid those efforts, for now ;)
