Byron,

In the past it was very confusing to figure out which domain.xml files
had to be modified as templates to effect a change. If you understand
this process, can you document it somewhere? It looks likely that I
might need to reintroduce the javax.management.initial.builder
property, at least to try to make it work in V3 with a new "clean"
builder that doesn't have V2-style class dependencies.
