Regarding Integrating other Application Servers

Hi
 I am trying to use the Generic JMS Resource Adapter to integrate it with
other Applications servers like (Weblogic, JBOSS, BES) etc.
 I know that there are other Generic JMS RAs but this is the one I found
suitable and also under Apache Software License.
 As given in the example Sample TIBCO JMS configuration:
 In the Configuring the Resource Adapter Step:
 A. For the Sun Java System application server we do:
 asadmin create-resource-adapter-config *followed by various properties like
*
**
* ProviderIntegrationMode SupportsXA etc.*
**
* Ideally in a RA deployment we have two descriptor files:*
**
* ra.xml and proprietary-ra-descriptor.xml *
**
I just wanted to clarify the following:
 1. With the Tibco JMS Integration there is a standard RA descriptor file
provided ra.xml. Does this or does it not REQUIRE CHANGES if we are
 A. Using other Applications Servers
 B. Other JMS Providers
 2. All the properties specified in the create-resource-adapter-config
command should be captured by each Application Server's Proprietary
Deployment descriptor right?
 And we have to identify the required information the Application Server
Deployment descriptor and provide them as required. I hope my understanding
is correct.
 I am quite new to the J2EE Application server world and would really
appreciate information on the above.
 Thanks and Regards
Subramanian
