I've enclosed the xml files and the particular stacktrace I'm getting:
I did change the weblogic-ejb-jar.xml to reflect the reference to the
resource adapter. Since it's a choice in the schema I can't set the URL
and queue, or connection information. How would I do that?

Look like, you need to configure the jndi-name of the resource adapter
in the weblogic EJB descriptor file.
