Hi,

Alan and myself implemented the last feature, the boolean encoding
algorithm.

So the parsers are now specification complete in terms of features.

I am sure there are bugs, we do not have as many unit tests as i would
like. However the serializers and parsers are round tripping a largish
set of reasonably varied XML infosets.

We will tests more fully with a larger set (containing a range of
unicode characters) quite soon.

We should at some point create some XML infosets that specifically test
the indexing features to ensure the encoding/decoding is consistent for
edge cases.
