In this demonstration you will register the supplier ABC Company.
Supplier registration is generally made available to suppliers through a URL received from the buying organization.
Click the provided URL to launch the supplier registration page.
Steps:
To navigate through the registration, use Next and Back, or go to any page by clicking directly on the train stop.
Step 1On the Company Details page, provide company identifier information and your contact information.
Your contact information may be used to contact you during the registration review process, and to notify you of the registration outcome.
Step 2In this example the company and contact information was entered for you. Advance to the Contacts page.
Click the Next button.
Step 3The contact information entered on the previous page (Company Details) is used as the default administrative contact for your company. You can add additional contacts for your company.
Click the Create button.
Step 4In this example the contact information was entered for you.
The checkbox Request user account indicates you would like the new contact to have access to the Supplier Portal application if the registration request is approved.
Click the Request user account option.
Step 5You can also add more contacts by clicking Create Another.
Click the OK button.
Step 6The additional contact was added.
Step 7Advance to the Addresses page.
Click the Next button.
Step 8Click the Create link.
Step 9In this example, the address information was entered for you.
Click the OK button.
Step 10The address was added.
Step 11Advance to the Business Classifications page.
Click the Next button.
Step 12Business Classifications are used to identify small or disadvantaged suppliers.
Step 13ABC Company is a small business.
Click the Small Business option.
Step 14In this example the certification information was entered for you. Advance to the Bank Accounts page.
Click the Next button.
Step 15On the Bank Accounts page, you can enter bank account details to receive payments electronically.
Step 16Click the Create link.
Step 17In this example the bank account information was added for you.
Click the OK button.
Step 18Advance to the Products and Services page.
Click the Next button.
Step 19On the Products and Services page, you will navigate the hierarchy of products and services categories and select the categories which best represent your company.
Step 20Click the Select and Add button.
Step 21ABC Company sells office supplies.
Click the Office Supplies option.
Step 22Click the OK button.
Step 23Now you can review your registration.
Click the Next button.
Step 24Use the Review page to review your registration before submitting.
Step 25You can make changes by navigating to the appropriate train stop.
Let's change the D-U-N-S number.
Click the Company Details link.
Step 26In this example the D-U-N-S number was changed for you.
Step 27Return to reviewing your registration.
Click the Review link.
Step 28You can save your registration and return to it later by clicking the Save for Later button.
When you are ready to come back to the registration, you can return to it by clicking the URL you used to start the registration process.
Step 29The registration is complete.
Click the Register button.
Step 30Your registration request was submitted.
Click the OK button.
Step 31ABC Company is now registered. The buying organization will notify the administrative contact of the registration results.
