You are waiting for the delivery of goods you requested two weeks ago. You want to check the requisition to see the status, by viewing the requisition life cycle information.
In this demonstration, the requisition contains multiple lines that are placed on multiple purchase orders.
Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Manage Requisitions page.
Click the Manage Requisitions link.
Step 1The Orders column of the requisition row, shows the order is placed on multiple orders.
Click the 10500708 link.
Step 2Lines 1,2, and 3 of this requisition are placed on order 1001023 and line 4 is placed on order 1001024.
Step 3Filter the requisition lines by purchase order.
Click the Filter Lines By list.
Step 4Click the Purchase Order 1001023 list item.
Step 5Only the lines placed on order 1001023 are displayed.
Click the Line 1 row header.
Step 6View the line life cycle for Line 1.
Click the View Life Cycle button.
Step 7Use the Requisition Life Cycle page to find out the latest status of requested items. You can also see if there are issues with a requisition, or simply get an overview of all processing information associated with a requisition or requisition line.
Step 8Notice there are no shipments for this order.
Step 9Now, review the last requisition line that is placed on another order.
Click the Next button.
Step 10Line 4 of the requisition is placed on Purchase Order 1001024.
Step 11Click the Done button.
