In this demonstration you will create two payment methods for a person.
Steps:
Click the Navigator link.
Step 1Click the Payment Distribution link.
Step 2Click the Manage Personal Payment Methods link.
Step 3Search for the person whose payment method you want to create.
Enter the desired information into the Name field. Enter
Select the legislative data group of the person.
Click the Sun Power list item.
Step 5Enter the date as of which to make the new payment methods effective for use.
Enter the desired information into the Effective As-of Date field. Enter
Click the Search button.
Step 7Click the person name whose payment methods to create.
Click the Doogan, Cologna link.
Step 8Create the first payment method for check payments.
Click the Create button.
Step 9Select the check method of payment.
Click the Sun Power Check list item.
Step 10Enter the desired information into the Percentage field. Enter
Click the Submit button.
Step 12You have successfilly created a check payment method for the person.
Step 13Now create the payment method to electronically transfer a specific amount into the person's bank account.
Click the Create button.
Step 14Select the electronic funds transfer method of payment.
Click the Sun Power NACHA list item.
Step 15Click the Amount list item.
Step 16Enter the currency amount that you want to be transferred each payroll period.
Enter the desired information into the Amount field. Enter
Add the person's bank account details.
Click the Create button.
Step 18The Create Bank Account window displays where you specify the bank, branch, and account to receive payments.
Step 19Find the person's bank.
Click the Search... link.
Step 20Enter the bank name.
Enter the desired information into the Bank Name field. Enter
Click the Search button.
Step 22Select the bank name.
Click an entry in the Bank Name column.
Step 23Click the OK button.
Step 24Find the person's branch.
Click the Search: Branch link.
Step 25Click the 1 Market Square, San Mateo, CA list item.
Step 26Enter the desired information into the Account Number field. Enter
Enter the desired information into the Account Name field. Enter
Click the Save button.
Step 29Click the Submit button.
Step 30Click the Done button.
Step 31You have successfully created personal payment methods.
