Steps:
Hello, my name is John, and today we are discussing extending applications using Application Composer.
Step 1In this second of two related demos, I will show you how to test the dependent choice list field we created in the previous demo.
The list we created includes different values that help users classify an issue in a trouble ticket, depending on the type of problem.
Step 2To test, we navigate to the Trouble Ticket work area.
Click the Navigator link.
Step 3Click the Trouble Tickets link.
Step 4And we edit an existing trouble ticket.
Click the Abstract link.
Step 5The Type for this ticket is Hardware, so let's see what's available for Area.
Step 6Click the Area list.
Step 7The values are just as we expected.
This ticket is about a laptop, so let's select it.
Click the Laptop list item.
Step 8Now let's see what values are avaialble for software problems.
Click the Type list.
Step 9Click the Software list item.
Step 10Click the Area list.
Step 11They are different, just as we expected.
Step 12In this demo you learned how to test the dependent choice list field we created in Application Composer.
You can find additional learning resources in your Oracle Fusion Help application, as well as in the Oracle Learning Library, and at Oracle University. Thank you.
