Steps:
Hello, my name is John, and today we are discussing customizing applications using Application Composer.
Step 1In this demo, we will test the workflow and the triggered actions, except for the e-mails.
Step 2This is the last in a series of demos that shows you how to create a workflow to update fields, create tasks, and send e-mails.
Step 3Let's edit an existing opportunity.
Click the Opportunity Name link.
Step 4And enter a budget available date.
Click the Select Date button.
Step 5Click the 18 button.
Step 6We haven't saved the opportunity yet, so none of the workflow actions are triggered.
Let's confirm that there are no tasks on the Tasks tab.
Click the Tasks tab.
Step 7No task yet.
Step 8Now let's save.
Click the Save and Close button.
Step 9And edit the opportunity again.
Click the Opportunity Name link.
Step 10Let's review the changes our workflow triggered.
Step 11The Close Date is now the date budget available plus seven.
Step 12The level of risk is decreased.
Step 13And the strategic value is now set to medium.
Step 14Let's check the task.
Click the button of the scrollbar.
Step 15Yep, it's there.
