This demonstration shows how to test the work area that you created for a custom object, a trouble ticket in this example.
This is the final in a series of related demonstrations that use the example of creating a trouble ticket application to illustrate how to create a custom object and the related work area.

Steps:
Begin by signing into the Application Composer as a user with a sales representative or a sales manager job role.
Step 1
Click the Navigator link.
Step 2The Trouble Tickets menu item appears under the Sales heading as you specified.
Click the Trouble Tickets link.
Step 3The Trouble Tickets work area appears, showing the summary table you designed.
Step 4To test your work area, create a new trouble ticket.
Click the Create button.
Step 5The Create Trouble Ticket page appears displaying the fields you selected.

Abstract is the Record Name field that Application Composer automatically creates for every custom object.
Step 7Enter a summary of the issue into the Abstract field.
Enter "Laptop doesn't work.".
Step 8The Company field is the dynamic choice list field that you created in a related demonstration.
Step 9Click the Search: Company list.
Step 10Click the Absolute Technologies list item.
Step 11Description is the long text field that you created in a related demonstration.
Step 12Enter a description.
Enter "Smoke is coming out of the back.".
