Steps:
After installing the Oracle Fusion CRM for Microsoft Outlook public certificates, you then need to install the Oracle Fusion CRM for Microsoft Outlook application onto the respective laptop or PC.
Download the application from the Oracle Fusion CRM for Microsoft Outlook preference page in the Oracle Fusion Sales application. Then navigate to the installation file and double-click the file to start the installation.
Step 1Click the Next button.
Step 2Check the User Name and Organization name and amend if necessary.
Step 3Select whether the application will be used by anyone who uses the computer, or whether the application will only be used by you. In this example, we will allow the application to be used by anyone who uses the computer.
Click the Anyone who uses this computer option.
Step 4Click the Next button.
Step 5Check the folder that will be created in the installation. If you want to use a different folder click the Change button.
Once you have confirmed or selected a folder, click the Next button.
Step 6Click the Install button.
Step 7Now open Microsoft Outlook to enter the Oracle Fusion server login details.
Click the Microsoft Office Outlook button.
Step 8Choose the Microsoft Outlook mail profile that you want to use with Oracle Fusion CRM for Microsoft Outlook.
Click an entry in the list.
Step 9Click the OK button.
Step 10Click anywhere in the CRM for Microsoft Outlook Assistant pane to enter the Oracle Fusion server connection information.
Step 11Enter the Oracle Fusion user name information into the User Name field. For example, enter "Jhenderson".
Step 12Enter the Oracle Fusion password into the Password field.
Step 13Enter the Oracle Fusion server information into the Server field.
Step 14Click the Login button.
Step 15In this demonstration you learned how to install the Oracle Fusion CRM for Microsoft Outlook application onto a laptop or PC.
