Steps:
You can use any Microsoft Outlook mail profile with Oracle Fusion CRM for Microsoft Outlook, except for an IMAP profile. Therefore, you can either use your existing Microsoft Outlook profile, or set up a new mail profile. This demonstration is an example of how to set up a new Microsoft Outlook profile.
Open the Control Panel and double-click the Mail icon.
Step 1Click the Show Profiles button.
Step 2Click the Add button.
Step 3Enter the desired name for the Oracle Fusion CRM for Microsoft Outlook profile into the Profile Name field, for example, "CRM Outlook".
Step 4Click the OK button.
Step 5Now you need to enter your e-mail account details.
Enter the desired information into the Your Name field, for example, "Julian Henderson".
Step 6Enter the desired e-mail information into the E-mail Address field. For example, "julian.h@ads.com".
Step 7Enter the desired information into the Password field. Enter
Re-enter the password into the Retype Password field.
Step 9You will need to add the CRM server details to the Oracle Fusion CRM for Microsoft Outlook profile, so click the Manually configure server settings or additional server types option.

Click the Next button.
Step 11Click the Internet E-mail option.
Step 12Choose the E-mail Service that is applicable for your mail server.
Click the Next button.
Step 13Select the relevant Account Type for your mail server.
Click an entry in the list.
Step 14Enter the relevant incoming mail server information into the Incoming mail server field. For example, "ads.com".
Step 15Enter the desired information into the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field. For example, enter "ads.com".
Step 16Enter your e-mail user name into the User Name field. For example, enter "jhenderson".
Step 17Enter the desired information into the Password field. Enter
If required, enter additonal e-mail
settings by clicking on the
More Settings button.
Step 18It is advisable to test the account settings you have just entered by clicking the Test Account Settings button.
Step 19Click the Next button.
Step 20Click the Finish button.
Step 21To complete the set up of the mail profile, click the OK button.
