Note: Solaris 8 and Solaris 9 do not ship Firefox and Thunderbird and therefore are not affected by these issues. 3. SymptomsThere are no predictable symptoms that would indicate the described issues have been exploited. 4. WorkaroundA) To work around the issues described in MFSA-2007-20, disable JavaScript by doing the following:
B) The workaround for MFSA-2007-26 would depend on the "add-on" in question. The workaround for Web Developer Toolbar add-on is to use it in its default configuration. Other affected add-ons might not have a workaround other than to upgrade to a fixed version of Firefox.
