1. Impact
A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in parsing the "Help" and "Version" Windows of the Sun Java System Access Manager Administration Console may allow local and remote unprivileged users to access unauthorized data.
This issue may allow an unprivileged remote user to inject arbitrary URLs into affected web pages, thereby allowing access to the login credentials of the administrator and other users of the Access Manager application.
Sun acknowledges with thanks, Steven Adair of NASA for discovering and reporting this issue.
