OracleFMW MapViewer 11g R1 readme

Please check out the included MapViewer User's Guide for what's new and changed in
this release.  Instructions for deploying MapViewer to WebLogic Server
and OC4J can also be found in the doc. 

The included xmlparserv2.jar library is only required if you deploy MapViewer 
to a WebLogic Server. Please see the deployment section of the User's Guide 
for details.
