Configuring Sessions with the Sessions XML File

Use the TopLink Sessions Editor to build a session configuration file, the Sessions XML file. The Sessions XML file is the preferred method for deploying a TopLink application, because this file:

Is easy to create and maintain in the Sessions Editor
Is easy to troubleshoot
Provides access to most session configuration options
Offers excellent flexibility, including the ability to modify deployed applications

Note: The default name for the Sessions XML file is sessions.xml; however, you can give this file any name you choose.
