Deleting Database Connections

Deleting connections removes them from the Database node of the Connections Navigator and the installation of JDeveloper.

When you delete a connection, JDeveloper does not warn you that a project may be dependent upon it, and removes the connection from all of JDeveloper, not just a workspace or project. It is best to use caution when deleting connections.

To delete a database connection:

Select View Connection Navigator.
Expand Database and select a database connection to delete.
Right-click the connection and choose D elete.
In the confirmation dialog, click Yes.
