Before Deploying a Web Service from an ADF Business Components Application Module

Before deploying a web service generated from an application module, you should edit the deployment profile to ensure that all the Business Components project files are included.

To edit the deployment profile:

In the navigator, right-click WebServices.deploy and select Properties to display the WAR Deployment Profile Settings dialog.
Select File Groups | WEB-INF/classes | Filters , and select all of the project files for deployment. You must include the *.java, *.xml, *.jpx, and bc4j.xcfg files. If it is appropriate, select the entire project. Click OK.
Finally you deploy the web service in the usual manner. See Deploying J2EE Web Services to OC4J to deploy to Oracle Application Server or OC4J.
