The pageButtonBar component is used to organize buttons that operate on the entire content of a page. Page level buttons can include individual buttons that perform an action such as Cancel or Submit, and navigationBar buttons that are used for navigating through a range of records or a series of steps in a task.
Page level buttons appear below the title on a page as well as at the bottom of the page. If the messageType attribute on pageLayout is set, then page level buttons appear at the bottom of the page only.
