Using EJB Module Security Roles

EJB security roles are constraints that you intend to apply to your web application resources (including servlet, JSP, or HTML files). Later, you can use the security role that you define in this panel to map it to one or more principals in a security realm.

To create or modify EJB security roles:

  1. In the System Navigator, right-click on an EJB and choose EJB Module Editor.
  2. Expand the node for the bean you are editing.
  3. Click the Security Roles node.

For more information on using this dialog, click Help or press the F1 key.
