Create Java Web Start File Wizard — Welcome Page

Use to determine how Java Web Start will launch your JClient application or applet. You can specify:

A static XML-based JNLP (Java Network Launching Protocol) definition that the Java Web Start software uses to download and run Java applications and applets on client machines
OR
A JSP page that will dynamically generate the JNLP definition and allows the user to conveniently run from their web browser

Java Web Start is application deployment software developed by Sun Microsystem's that lets you maintain JClient applications on the web server, while users download and run them on their client machines.

The JNLP definition requires an existing Business Components project to specify an application module and connection information. Refer to the documentation if your workspace does not yet contain a Business Components project.
