Creating a Oracle ADF Business Components Project

All business components must be contained within a Oracle ADF Business Components project. Oracle ADF Business Components projects are very similar to other JDeveloper projects, but also contain information about the datasource connection and certain Oracle ADF Business Components configuration options. To create a Oracle ADF Business Components project:

Create a JDeveloper project.
Initialize your project by doing one of the following:
- In the System or Applications Navigator, right-click the project and choose New Business Components to open the Business Components Project Initialization dialog. If you need furhter assistance with the dialog, click Help.

After you initialize the project, you are ready to create a package of business domain components.
