Basic Requirements

In this module, you will learn about the basic requirements for successful functioning of the SQL connector.

The SQL connector should process the set of records or documents expressed by the document query. Each record returned by the document query should be processed as a document. Hence, the document query should have some mandatory columns. Also, there are some software requirements, such as JDBC Drivers and so on, for the proper functioning of the connector.

Steve, the head of R&D department of Mobius is now aware of all the concepts related to the SQL connector framework. He now lists all the basic requirements and equips himself to use the SQL connector framework to crawl his company's database.
