Developer Tutorial: Using the SQL Connector Framework

This course prepares technical administrators, application developers, and technical consultants to crawl external repository using the SQL connector Framework. The student will learn how to enable SES to crawl documents/records from a database directly using the SQL connector framework.

Describe the SQL Connector Framework
Define Documents, and Objects as Documents in Database
Describe the security models that the SQL connector supports
List some basic requirements, such as, mandatory columns, compatibility requirements, and software requirements for successful functioning of SQL connector
Discuss how to use the SQL Connector Framework
Configure the Database Source in SES and crawl documents with Public, Attribute-based security, and Identity-based security.
Describe few general guidelines using SQL connector framework
